"Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi" actors Shakti Arora (Ranveer) and Radhika Madan (Ishani) are great friends off screen, which is why they can often take the liberty of pulling pranks on each other.
This one time, a TV channel approached the leading lady requesting her to get her co-star all worked up for allegedly spreading rumours that she was dating Arjun Bijlani.
"Later on, she had to admit that they were kidding and playing a prank on me. But I acted as though I was very upset and stormed off the sets. She was very scared and apologised to me and tried to calm me down.That's when I revealed that the joke was on her," The Asian Age quoted Shakti as saying.
This may have annoyed Radhika as she said in the interview how Shakti's tendency to kid around doesn't please her much. Responding to this, he said his heroine has a habit of throwing starry tantrums.
Further, the actor said how they have these uncontrollable fits of laughter while shooting romantic scenes. "There are lots of instances when either Radhika or I forget our lines and fumble, turning an intense scene into a funny moment," Shakti told the leading daily.
However, this infectious onscreen chemistry wasn't a cakewalk as the actor revealed how they made conscious efforts to build a strong bond. "It's all the love from our viewers. Apart from that, we've worked hard to build our chemistry and bond. We rehearse each and every scene and add nuances that will improve us," he elaborated.
