'Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi': Ritika to Set Ishani on Fire; Will Ranveer Save her? [PHOTOS + VIDEO]

"Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi" has been throwing a few unexpected twists at the viewers. In the latest one, Ritika (Smriti Khanna) will be seen setting Ishani (Radhika Madan) on fire. The question remains whether Ranveer (Shakti Arora) will reach on time to save her or not. 

In one of the videos shared by a viewer on social media, Shakti talks about how he spots Ishani's drape on fire and immediately rushes to her rescue.

The incident apparently takes place while Ishani immerses herself in warning Ritika to stay in her limits, threatening to unmask her. The ever-scheming Ritika uses the situation to her advantage setting a portion of Ishani's Saree on fire. Ranveer then runs to the scene to put it out saving her from sustaining any injuries.

Smriti says this isn't the first time her character has tried to harm Ishani adding how once she almost stabbed her to death. In the interview, the actors joked about the incident saying Ritika wanted to help Ishani get rid of the extra cloth the loose end of her saree had by burning it off.

In the upcoming episodes, Ranveer will come to his lady love's rescue again, at a party. After a drunken lecher makes uncomfortable passes at Ishani, RV arrives at the scene to threaten him.
