It was recently reported that Colors' "Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi" would take a one-year leap.

Post-leap, lead characters Ranveer (Shakti Arora) and Ishaani (Radhika Madan) will be seen leading separate lives. Not just that, two new characters will also be introduced in the show who will be seen playing the respective love interests of Ranveer and Ishaani. 

However, the buzz is that the viewers are disappointed with the makers delaying their favourite couple Ranveer and Ishaani's reunion.

Talking about the same, Radhika told Telly Masala that the show is not about Ranveer and Ishaani's reunion, but about two people who love each other unconditionally and face all problems bravely despite being separated. With Radhika's comment, it appears like Ranveer and Ishaani will never reunite in the show.

Meanwhile, Ritika (Smriti Khanna), who created enough troubles in Ranveer and Ishaani's life, is back to avenge the wrongs done to her.

Ritika has the antidote to Ranveer's allergy and in the last episode, Ishaani was seen pleading her to save Ranveer's life. In return for the favour, Ritika asked Ishaani to create such a situation that Ranveer starts hating her.
