The cast and crew of "Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi" recently wrapped up their shoot. While it has been reported earlier that the final track of the show will end on a happy note, the team got emotional on the last day of the shoot.
In a Telly Masala video, Smriti Khanna, who played the antagonist on the show, was seen bursting into tears as she hugged Radhika Madan aka Ishaani. Later, Shakti Arora aka Ranveer Vaghela, also joined them and was seen getting teary-eyed.
Radhika and Smriti also shared some pictures from the last day of the shoot on their Instagram accounts.
Talking about the show on the last day, Shakti told India Forums that he had wonderful memories with the show, which he would cherish forever. "And it's a wrap up for Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi. Have such wonderful memories, will cherish forever. Thanks for all the love and adulation," Shakti said.
"The entire cast and crew is surely getting emotional today as we are together for the one last time. But, as we say every good thing comes to an end. So, did this show. Having said that, I would like to add that it is surely not a happy ending for the cast and crew, as all of us are going to terribly miss each other," Smriti Khanna, told Telly Chakkar.
Meanwhile, "Meri Aashiqui Tum se Hi" will be replaced by Ekta Kapoor's new show "Kasam" that has Ssharad Malhotra in lead role. Rumour has it that Yuvika Choudhary of "Bigg Boss 9" fame has been roped in to play the female lead role.
