Shakti Arora-Neha Saxena make for one of the cutest couples on "Nach Baliye 7", but their journey on the show has reportedly been cut short.
According to The Times of India report, the "Meri Aashqui Tum Se Hi" actor apparently opted out of the show citing personal reasons. But rumours suggest he has been forced by the popular TV channel (for whom he works) to quit the dance reality show.
Meanwhile, Shakti and Neha have been actively posting updates on social media regarding "Nach Bailye 7", which is making the rumours of him quitting the show difficult to absorb.
However, since no official confirmation has been received on the matter, this can be counted as a mere speculation.
Interestingly, this isn't the first time that channel differences have obstructed an artiste's way.
A few months ago, the Shah Rukh Khan-Kapil Sharma controversy created quite a stir. There were reports of a major fallout between the "Happy New Year" star and the channel, which refused to let Kapil participate in "India Poochega Sabse Shaana Kaun?".
Later, it was reported that it was the "Comedy Nights With Kapil" host who turned down the offer to be on SRK's new quiz show.
Funnyman Kapil, who was upset with the 'politics', clarified saying he was specifically asked not to attend the superstar's show as it was being aired on a rival channel.
"I was told that I can't shoot for a rival channel, especially as it's new. And now, it's sad that I'm being blamed. I am very hurt by the way things are projected. If the channel objected to me shooting for a rival channel, then they should have been upfront about it and not put the blame on me," Hindustan Times quoted the comedian as saying.
