German carmaker Mercedes-Benz launched the Mercedes-AMG C43 4Matic in India on Wednesday, December 14. The AMG C43, the 13th product of the company in 2016 has been priced at Rs 74.35 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Positioned between Mercedes-Benz C200 petrol and Mercedes-AMG C63, the new AMG C43 is the third AMG product of the year after AMG GLE 43 Coupe and the AMG SLC 43. The Mercedes -AMG C43 comes powered by a 3.0L V6 biturbo, which can churn out 357bhp at 5500-6000 rpm and torque of 521Nm at 2000-4000 rpm coupled with 9G-TRONIC 9-speed automatic. Mercedes AMG C43 can sprint from 0-100 kmph in 4.7 seconds before attaining a top speed of 250 kmph. It gets AMG Performance 4MATIC all-wheel drive system.

With the launch of this performance saloon, Mercedes-Benz India continues to offer the widest range of performance and speciality cars in the luxury car segment."
Mercedes-AMG C43 will be brought to India as CBU (Completely Built Unit) and it offers five drive modes Comfort, Sport, Sport+, Eco and Individual. It gets AMG RIDE CONTROL Sport suspension, AMG Sports Exhaust System and AMG Sport Seats. Other features in the AMG C43 include multifunction sports steering wheel, 5.5-inch multifunction display, active parking assist with PARKTRONIC and reversing camera and LED Intelligent Light System. The safety features in the AMG C43 includes ESP, ABS, BAS, seven airbags and attention assist.
