Melania Trump did not start off on a good note with fashion designers across the world. From Jackie Kennedy to Michelle Obama, numerous FLOTUS' eventually became style icons during their time in the White House. But when many designers refused to stay connected to the first family now and design clothes for the first lady, it looked like Melania would be in a fashion mess.
However, during her first international trip as the FLOTUS with US President Donald Trump, Mrs Trump made some stunning appearances that made many people rethink their fashion senses.

A list of designers refused to work with Melania. From Tom Ford and Marc Jacobs to Christian Siriano and Zac Posen, designers out-rightly said no to Melania. But this did not come in the way of the Trump lady.
The first lady sported some smart formal wear that became a highlight in her tour with Donald Trump. Travelling through Saudi Arabia, the Vatican, Belgium and Sicily, Melania left her unique fashion mark everywhere she stepped.
The media has captured every look that the first lady donned. Not only does she ooze confidence, she also depicts power and stature. Melania mostly sported Dolce & Gabbana.
But there were five outfits that proved pure savage. Here's our pick:
One of the most talked about looks through her tour, Melania Trump wore a £38,000 3D floral printed coat designed by Dolce and Gabbana over a cream coloured dress.
No matter how much one dislikes the Trumps, one cannot ignore the fact that Melania looks beautiful. And she displayed that side of her when she wore a nude tone leather skirt suit by Belgian designer Maison Ullens during her stay in Belgium.
Melania has made white the new black as she sported a few gorgeous looking white dresses. But there was one that stood out. She wore a fit and flare white midi dress with nude toned stilettos. The dress was designed by London-based designer Roksanda.
The first lady greeted Sicily in black. Wearing formal Dolce and Gabbana sleek black attire, Melania's dress had jewelled detailing right below the neck of the dress that ran down the shoulders.
After completing her international tour with a fashion wand in her hand, Melania returned again sporting a Dolce and Gabanna outfit. Instead of pumping up her style quotation on her return, Melania toned it down as she chose to wear a grey cardigan and a pair of white knee-length trousers.
