Chinese smartphone-maker Meizu has launched the new M2 Note in India.
Meizu M2 Note was originally unveiled in China way back in June, now the new phablet will soon set foot in India this week.
M2 Note is the successor of M1 Note, which was launched early this year in India. Key improvement is the inclusion of physical 'mBack' home button on the front side. Based on the finger's pressure, the mBack button performs dual functions. If pressed lightly, it takes users to recent apps mode or if more pressure is put on the button, it takes you to the home screen.
Another notable feature of M2 Note is that it comes with dual-capability tray card, wherein it comes with one SIM slot and a micro-SD card support.
It sports 5.5-inch full HD screen, Flyme 4.5 OS (Android 5.0 Lollipop), 64-bit class Mediatek Octa-core processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB/32GB inbuilt memory and 3,100mAh battery.
Meizu M2 Note Release and price details:
The company has confirmed that the new Meizu M2 Note will be made available on 10 August exclusively via Amazon India for ₹9,999.
Competition:
With the sub-₹10,000 price tag, it will be up against the popular Lenovo K3 Note, YU Yureka Plus, Lava's Android One series phone Pixel V1, Xolo Black and others.
