Meizu is just a few days away from the first official flash sale of the recently-unveiled M3 Note in India and it has already achieved a major feat. The Chinese smartphone maker announced on Tuesday that it has received more than 3 lakh registrations for the affordable M3 Note within two weeks, before the handset goes on sale on May 31.
Meizu is holding the traditional flash sale for its M3 Note, where interested buyers are required to register themselves to participate in the sale. The sale goes live exclusively on Amazon India at 2 p.m. on May 31, but the registrations close on Sunday, May 29.
Meizu launched the M3 Note in India on May 11 as the demand for budget premium smartphones in the country increases. Companies such as Xiaomi, LeEco and Lenovo have taken advantage of this demand by selling tens of thousands of smartphones. Meizu M3 Note is priced at Rs. 9,999 and it throws a strong competition to existing players such as Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, LeEco Le 1s, Lenovo K4 Note, Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus, Samsung Galaxy J3 and Huawei Honor 5X in the similar price range.
In terms of specifications, the M3 Note features a premium design and a 5.5-inch full HD display with 2.5D glass screen. It is powered by a 64-bit class MediaTek Helio P10 octa-core processor, Android 5.1 Lollipop based Flyme OS and a 4,100mAh battery.
The handset's design is quite compelling as it boasts a metal unibody with soft curved edges along the sides and the corners. Overall, Meizu M3 Note is a charmer and positions itself among one of the best looking smartphones in its price range. It has a physical home button, which the company calls an mBack button, with fingerprint scanner integrated within. Most phones in its price range have a fingerprint scanner placed at the back of the device.

The handset supports dual SIM on its hybrid slot, which can be used as a microSD card slot, with 4G LTE support on both SIMs simultaneously.
Meizu M3 Note is quite sleek, measuring 153.6x75.5x8.2mm and weighs 163grams. It comes in three shades: grey, gold and silver.
