This is the second incident in the last four days. A landslide in many villages along the National Highway-44 in Meghalaya's East Jaintia Hills district killed at least four people last Saturday, according to an earlier PTI report.
The landslide was caused by incessant rainfall in the north eastern state for about 48 hours.
