Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire will be getting a new Pokemon named Mega Slowbro for the upcoming video game.
This confirmation following leaked reports suggest that the new game will get two Mega Evolutions. Previously, it was confirmed that Mega Audino would be part of the game.
A new trailer was also released by The Pokemon Company confirming the new Mega Pokemon. This new reveal also brings the total number of Mega Evolution Pokemon to 10, which means that Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire will have close to 40 Pokemon.
The Mega Evolution is one of the greatest mysteries of Pokemon world and Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire brings us closer to unravel the secrets. Mega Slowbro is a Water/Psychic type of Pokemon and falls in the Category of Hermit Crab Pokemon, with Shell Armor ability.
The Pokemon just hardens up the shell and thus gets a boost making an armour out of it. During battles, Mega Slowbro stands on its tail and uses it to move along by bouncing. Such a hard shell also means that no Pokemon can deliver a critical hit on this Pokemon.
The trailer below shows Mega Slowbro has strong moves and is shown as taking on the Mega Charizard.
Mega Slowbro is the final evolutions of Slowpoke and another evolution is Slowking.
Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire will be released on 21 November 2014, exclusively for Nintendo 3DS.
