The wanted person in Bollywood Salman Khan is promising to give a hue and pomp this Eid and Ganesh Chaturthi with his releasing film 'Bodyguard' this Friday.
Whether it might be due to Huricane Irene or any other reason, it's sure that Salman cancelled his treatment plan to U.S in view of the upcoming big events in the coming weeks. Certainly one reason is his 'Bodyguard' releasing Aug.31.
Bodyguard a Reliance Entertainment presentation and Reel Life Production stars Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor in the lead role and is directed by Siddique. The film is jointly produced by Alvira Agnihotri, Atul Agnihotri and Reliance Entertainment.
Bodyguard is all about action, it is comedy, it is music, it is dance, and it is, of course, romance.
Kareena plays Divya a girl who just wants to go to college, but things goes wrong when her father hires a 'Singh' bodyguard for her, played by Salman Khan. To get rid of him she gets the idea to get him involved into a fake love affair and the stories goes on....
Bodyguard is Salman's another action remake of south after the success of 'Wanted' and 'Ready'.
On the other hand, it's a hat-trick for director Siddiue who has made the same Bodyguard in Malayalam and Tamil.
In a recent interview "After watching Malayalam movie before it was released, Salman called me "this is a very good movie and I will do it but you have to direct the film," That is Salman, direct and no discussion, nothing, he just decided at the moment, told Siddique.
"Just the fact that it has both of us in it. It has a great story. It has some fabulous action, and of course Salman playing a bodyguard. Plus some fun scenes to it. People are really excited for this Salman starrer," said co-actress Kareena Kapoor.
Actress Bipasha Basu doesn't mind having a bodyguard but insists that it should be someone like Lovely Singh "Salman Khan."
"Just saw Bodyguard! It would be nice to have a cute bodyguard like lovely singh," Bipasa wrote on her twitter page after watching the films's screening.
Salman known for his punch in films, but this time the star himself composed fashiobale and stylish comments for the film. One such off-the-cuff remark is, "Mujh par ek ehsaan karna, ki mujh par koi ehsaan naah karna(do me this one favour, don't do me any favours)."
"Yes, this line is written by Salman himself," confirms co-producer Atul Agnihotri.
