'Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu 2': Dhanush Promotes 'Anegan' on Nagarjuna's 'MEK 2' [PHOTO+VIDEO]

After Vishal, Tamil actor Dhanush appeared on Akkineni Nagarjuna's hit Telugu reality TV show "Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu 2" (MEK 2) to promote his film "Anegan". 

Dhanush, the son-in-law of Superstar Rajinikanth, has a huge fan following in Telugu-speaking areas - Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. His previous movies were a great success at the Tollywood box office. Now, the makers of his latest projec - "Anegan" - have planned a grand release for the flick in these areas.

Dhanush recently visited the sets of "Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu 2" in Hyderabad to promote "Anegan", which is slated to hit the screens this Friday, 13 February. His episode will be aired on MAA TV at 9.30 pm on Thursday.

On its official Twitter page, the bosses of MAA TV posted a photo and promotional video featuring Danush on "Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu 2". They also confirmed when the special episode will be aired. On 12 February, they tweeted: "Superstar @dhanushkraja in #MeeloEvaruKoteeswarudu Today at 9:30 PM."

Dhanush is known for his amazing comedy timing and the 33-second promo posted by MAA TV features some of his best comic moments on "Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu 2". He is seen tickling the funny bones of the viewers with Nagarjuna. The video shows him interacting with the viewers in Telugu. This special episode of the show is surely going to be a treat for the fans of Dhanush in both the states.

Anegan is a romantic thriller film, which has been directed by KV Anand and produced by AGS Entertainment. The movie features stars Dhanush, Amyra Dastur, Aishwarya Devan and Karthik in the lead roles. Harris Jayaraj has composed music for the film, while Om Prakash handled camera work. Endhiran fame V. Srinivas Mohan is the man behind the visual effects of the movie.
