The second look poster of Suriya's "Masss", which was released on the evening of 2 March, has set the social media into a frenzy. The poster, which showed the colourful aspect of the movie, received an overwhelming response from fans.
Unlike the first look poster, which was dark and grey, the second one reveals the fun aspect of the flick. The poster has hues of vibrant colours like shades of yellow, blue, pink and red.
Suriya is seen in a jovial mood in the poster. This came as a surprise to many who expected another poster with dark moods and shades. The reflection in his goggles show that the character is lured by money.
The latest poster has raised expectations about the film and the audience is now expecting Suriya to appear in different looks.
Directed by Venkat Prabhu, "Masss" is reportedly a supernatural fantasy thriller starring Suriya and Nayanthar in the lead roles.
The film is expected to have comic and action scenes like any other Venkat Prabhu film. Premgi Amaren will also play a major role in the film. "Masss" is Venkat Prabhu's sixth film after "Chennai 600028", "Saroja", "Goa", "Mankatha" and "Biriyani".
The music of the movie is done by Yuvan Shankar Raja who has worked on the music of all Venkat Prabhu movies. This is the music composer's seventh movie for Suriya and eighth for Nayanthara.
The screenplay of "Masss" is written jointly by Venkat Prabhu and Madhan Karky and the cinematography is done by RD Rajashekar.
As per latest reports, the makers are planning to release this horror comedy flick by June or July.
