Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire Facelift to Launch on 25 February; Everything You Need to Know [PHOTOS]

Maruti Suzuki, the country's largest car maker will reportedly be launching its new Swift Dzire facelift in India on 25 February.

An IndianAutosBlog report revealed the much-awaited 2015 Swift Dzire facelift will hit Indian roads officially on 25th of this month, with delivery of the models expected to start immediately. The dealerships of the company has already started accepting bookings for this new model with an advance payment of Rs 25,000-30,000. In fact, the first lot of the model has already started reaching the showrooms.

2015 Maruti Swift Dzire facelift has been in the news for quite some time now. The auto lovers of the country know a lot about the features of the facelifted avatar of this sedan, including the price details of all the variants.

From a visual stand point, Maruti Swift Dzire facelift will not be very different from the existing model in the market. However, the changes that have been integrated into the new version would be enough to distinguish it from the regular Dzire. From what we have seen so far, 2015 Dzire sedan will flaunt a new front fascia with new chrome grille and smoked head lamps. There are new alloy wheels and patterns of the menu. Besides this, the list of features also include electrically-adjustable and folding mirrors, engine start-stop button, parking sensor button, Bluetooth-enabled music system and rear power socket.

Mechanically, there will not be changes in the new model and Dzire will continue to draw power form the same 1.2-litre K-Series petrol and 1.3-litre multijet diesel mills. There have been reports that the engine could be tweaked a little to deliver better fuel efficiency.

To be offered in a total of seven trims-4 Petrol and 3 diesel, new Dzier facelift is expected to get new colour options.
