Maruti Suzuki Launches Ertiga Limited Edition; Price, Feature Details

Maruti Suzuki has announced the launch of the limited edition of its Ertiga in India, as a part of the celebration of the vehicle garnering milestone sales of 1, 50,000 units.

Offered in petrol, diesel and CNG option, the new Ertiga will come donned in the new Pearl Blaze Blue, in addition to white and silver colours. Speaking about the features of the limited edition, on the exterior front, the new Ertiga gets a rear upper spoiler, sleek front Chrome grille along with 10 spoke alloy wheels, body graphics and decal.

Inside the cabin, the new model of Ertiga sports black and beige dual tone interiors with wooden finish cubic print on IP and door trim. In addition to this, the limited edition floor mats, rear parking assist sensor with digital display and high grade integrated audio are also its speciality.

There will be no mechanical changes and the limited edition of Ertiga comes with the same 1.3-litre diesel engine and 1.4-litre petrol motor. The petrol model of the car generates 95 PS power and 130 Nm torque and the diesel version churns out 90 PS power and 200 Nm torque.

The additional features on the Ertiga Limited Edition highlight the company's focus on product differentiation for the customer," Hindustan Times quoted Manohar Bhat, Vice President, Marketing, Maruti Suzuki India.

Maruti announced the launch of its new Ertiga just days ahead of the arrival of its rival Honda Mobilio. When Honda launched Amaze in April 2013, Maruti countered the move with the launch of Maruti Dzire Regal. Recently, the company also launched the limited edition of its hatchback Ritz, Ritz Elate in the country.
