Maruti Suzuki has silently launched a new taxi variant of its popular hatchback Celerio in India. Dubbed as Celerio Tour H2, the new car aims to cater to the cab aggregators has been priced at Rs 4.21 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Though Celerio Tour H2 does not feature on the web, the pricing gets mentioned in the price list of the Celerio. According to a report of AutocarIndia, the Celerio Tour H2 is based on the LXi (O) variant of the hatchback and comes with the same styling and features as the regular model. In addition to this, the Celerio new variant also gets the speed-limiting device as standard to comply with the new government regulations that mandate the taxi to come with a speed limiting device.
Under the hood, the Celerio Tour H2 gets 1.0-litre, three-pot petrol engine, which can churn out 68hp of power and 90Nm of torque paired with a five-speed manual transmission. The new taxi variant of the Celerio will come in Pearl Arctic White and Metallic Silky Silver.

In December, Maruti Suzuki launched the cross-hatch version of the Celerio called CelerioX. The CelerioX's has a starting price of Rs 4.57 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). CelerioX sports an aerodynamic design and features X-theme based graphic around the grille in the front.
It gets cladding on side body, rear bumper and skid plate on the rear. The grille, fog garnish, claddings, roof garnish and interiors get high gloss black toppings and there is also blacked out B-pillar in the overall package. CelerioX gets new Paprika Orange as its signature colour, married with matte and glossy black. There are also other colour options for the new CelerioX which include Arctic White, Glistening Grey, Caffeine Brown and Torque Blue.
