Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon have reportedly split. The couple has pulled a plug on their six years marriage post cheating allegations.
The buzz has it that Cannon cheated on Carey with a girl named Jasmine Sanders. The insiders allege that Cannon was in a relationship with Sanders since July, according to Hollywood Take.
Interestingly, Sanders ressembles Carey. A model by profession, Sander recently did a photo shoot and has an eerie resemblance to the singer, as per the reports. Well, she is not the only girl Cannon is linked to. He is also said to be supporting a girl named Brittany Dailey, as per the reports by the website.
Though there is no confirmation to these rumours, it is known that Carey and Cannon are currently living separately. The couple is yet to divulge the reason for their split.
Those close to Cannon had an inkling about the divorce for a long time, as per the reports. When Carey did not made an appearance on Cannon's show "Wild 'N' Out" the seed of their separation was reportedly sown.
"During the first season Mariah made an appearance," said a source about the couple's divorce "But this season she didn't come to the set at all. She was working on her own stuff and Nick just did his stuff. Mariah always wanted to be with her kids. didn't seem to care about Nick and more focused on her music. They were trying to do two different things — her album and his TV gigs."
Moreover, it is also been said that Cannon is worried about breaking the news of the divorce to his kids. The couple is parents to twins - Moroccan and Monroe.
"The time will come when they will both explain to the twins what's going on, why dad's not around 24-7 and things like that," a source told Hollywoodlife. "All they know now is that he's working and has to travel a lot. That was the explanation Nick said he and MiMi both gave them when he first moved out."
Cannon and Carey are currently working on their divorce agreement, according to reports. The two have huge age difference and many thought it would create differences in their relationship when they got married.
