Megastar Mammootty's new look has become the talk of the town after the actor posted a photo on his Facebook page March 20.
In the photo, which has gone viral on social media, the actor has flaunted a new avatar, which many say resembles former Soviet leader Joseph Stalin, during the recently-concluded Kairali TV Ishal Laila Awards 2016 in Abu Dhabi. Many fans have praised the megastar for surprising them each time with his new avatars.
The award function, which took place March 18 at Armed Forces Club in Abu Dhabi, was also attended by KJ Yesudas, Fahadh Faasil, Nazriya Nazim, Siddique, Nadhirshah, Miya, Vineeth Sreenivasan, Jewel Mary, Rimi Tomy and many other celebrities from the Malayalam entertainment industry. During the event, Nadhirshah sung the song "Minnaminunge" as a tribute to the late versatile actor Kalabhavan Mani.
Meanwhile, Mammootty, who is basking in the success of AK Sajan's crime thriller "Puthiya Niyamam" opposite Nayantara, is awaiting the release of the upcoming romantic entertainer "White." In the Uday Ananthan directorial, the 64-year-old star will be seen romancing a 25-year-old girl, played by Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi. The movie is expected to be a Vishu release in April.
Mammootty is currently working in Nithin Renji Panicker's action thriller "Kasaba," in which he plays Circle Inspector Rajan Zacharia opposite Sarathkumar's daughter Varalaxmi. He will soon join "Amen" director Lijo Jose Pellissery's untiled flick, which will be produced under the banner of Friday Film House by Vijay Babu and Sandra Thomas.
