Mama Boko Haram: Aisha Wakil believes peace is possible
Ahisha Wakil, a human rights activist and lawyer, claims Boko Haram have asked her to represent them in negotiations with the Nigerian government. Wakil is known to many as Mama Boko Haram, due to her close ties with the terrorist group, and was already nominated to represent the group in failed peace talks in 2013.
