Malayalam film director Sajan Kurian, who is known as Sajan Samaya, passed away due to extreme cold condition in Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday, 1 December. The 33-year-old filmmaker was in Ladakh for the shooting of his upcoming film "Bibleo".
Due to the extreme low temperature of minus 24 degrees in Ladakh, Sajan was taken to hospital after he started suffering uneasiness. However, he died in the hospital.
Sajan, who hails from Thrissur had directed the movies "The Last Vision" and "Dancing Death", which starred Pasupathi and Jagadish in main roles.
The upcoming fantasy thriller "Bibleo", based on his own novel with the same name, has Shine Tom Chacko and Joy Mathew in main roles. The film's shooting was almost over and Joy returned from the region only a few days back.
"Bibleo" has been produced by Ram Mohan and is said to a psychological fantasy thriller.
