Popular UV-maker Mahindra has increased the prices of its compact SUV TUV300 by Rs 13,000 in India. The TUV300 now costs between 7.10 lakh and 9.33 akh (ex-showroom Delhi).
Mahindra TUV300 which made its market debut in September 2015 has been receiving good response from auto-lovers, and has managed to clock average sales of 4,000 units/month. The SUV, which was originally priced in the range of Rs 6.98-9.20 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), has received over 20,000 bookings in the country since its launch.
Mahindra TUV300 is offered in three variants — TUV300 T4, TV300 T6 and TUV300 T8. The SUV is available in six body colour options — red, black, orange, silver, blue and white. The battle tank-inspired sub-four-metre SUV is powered by 1.5-litre three-cylinder mHawk80 diesel engine, which is tuned to churn out 84bhp power and 230Nm torque. The engine comes paired to either a five-speed manual or an AMT gearbox. The TUV300 is the first SUV in its segment to get AMT boxes, and the AMT variants of the model are in great demand.
