Celebrating the 70th year of India's independence, Mahindra and Mahindra has introduced Bronze Green to its TUV300 compact SUV. The special colour is available on made-to-order basis for all variants.
When Mahindra launched TUV300 in September last year, it had mentioned that the design of the compact SUV was inspired by a battle tank. The new colour, which is essentially Army Green compliments the overall toughness of the SUV. Mahindra had also showcased a similar green coloured TUV300 at the time of its market launch which was then available as an optional extra from Mahindra's in-house customisation division.
Mahindra has not mentioned increase price for the new colour option. The compact SUV is also available in six colour options- Dynamo Red, Bold Black, Molten Orange, Majestic Silver, Verve Blue and Glacier White. Apart from the new colour, there are no changes on design as well as equipments.
In May, Mahindra had added mHawk100 engine in TUV300's powertrain. The mHawk100 engine will develop 100bhp and 240Nm of torque mated to either five-speed manual or AMT transmission. Mahindra TUV300 is also available in 1.5-litre three-cylinder mHawk80 diesel engine that develops 84bhp at 3,750rpm and 230Nm of torque at 1,500 rpm mated to either a five-speed manual or an AMT gearbox in T4, T6, and T8 variants.
