Popular UV maker Mahindra is expected to launch its mini-SUV S101 in India this fiscal.
The spy shots of the model in its disguised form have been doing the rounds on the internet for some time now. Adding to the long list, here is another set of S101 image, revealing more details about the upcoming SUV.
Caught on camera by MotorVikatan, the latest spy shots of S101 show Chevrolet Beat-like C-pillar mounted door handles and a new set of alloy wheels. From the pictures, there is also change in the camouflage from the earlier test mules.
To be pitted against Maruti Suzuki WagonR, upcoming Tata Kite and Datsun Redi-Go, Mahindra S101, the sub-4-metre micro-SUV, is expected to include 1.2 diesel and petrol mills under the hood.
Coming to the interior of the S101, the previous pictures have shown piano black accent for centre console and chrome touch around the centre console, AC vents and on the steering wheel. A small display placed on top can also be seen. The gear-lever is mounted on the dashboard and door panels get silver and piano black accents.
Built on an all-new monocoque platform, S101 will come equipped with a range of safety features such as dual airbags, ABS with EBD in its top-end variant. As for pricing, expect the Mahindra S101 to get a price tag of around Rs 5 lakh.
