Home-grown UV maker Mahindra has announced the accessory list of its new sub-compact SUV KUV100 that made its market debut in India on 15 January.
Mahindra has introduced a range of options for the customers who wish to give a personal touch to their KUV100. The accessory list includes explore kit and chrome accessories. The explore kit gives options of imposing wheel arches, resilient side skirts, edgy bonnet scoop, tail lamp protectors, door side mouldings, rugged rear bumper add-on and a rear spoiler with LED. In addition to this, there is also contrast roof, body stripes and decals.
There is also a wide range of chrome accessories for the KUV100. This includes chrome upper grille, lower grille, a chrome bezel for the registration plate enclosure, chrome bezel foglamps, chrome taillights and chrome door handles. The KUV100 can also be personalised with a bull bar, nudge guard, rear impact beam, rear protector beam, rood carrier, side foot step, ,inflatable carrier, wheel covers, all-weather floor mats, rear entertainment screen, rear view camera, parking assist , car inverter and head-up- display.
Priced in the range of Rs 4.42 lakh to Rs 6.76 lakh ( ex showroom Pune), Mahindra KUV100 comes with the company's newly developed mFalcon engines and is offered in both petrol and diesel engine options. While the petrol 1.2-litre mFalcon G80 engine is tuned to churn out 82bhp and 114Nm, and the 1.2-litre mFalcon D75 diesel engine can develop 77bhp and a peak torque of 190Nm. Its transmission is shouldered by a five-speed manual gearbox in both the diesel and petrol versions.
To be offered in four variants -- K2, K4, K6 and K8 -- and three sub-variants – K2+, K4+ and K6+ -- Mahindra KUV100 comes with two seating configurations, a standard 5-seater and a 6-seater with bench seats.
