Superstar Mahesh Babu is said to be teaming up with Geetha Govindam producer Geetha Arts and Arjun Reddy director Sandeep Reddy Vanga for his 27th movie, which will be released in theatres in 2020.
It is reported that Sandeep Reddy Vanga, who is currently working on the Hindi remake of Arjun Reddy, recently met Mahesh Babu and narrated a script to him. Impressed with the story, the superstar has given his consent to work in his movie. Allu Aravind of Geetha Arts, who is basking in the success of Geetha Govindam, is set to produce this film, which is set to be the 17th flick of Prince.
Mahesh Babu is currently busy shooting his next upcoming film Maharshi, which happens to be the landmark 25th movie in his career. This flick is directed by Vamsi Paidipally and produced by C Ashwini Dutt, Dil Raju and Prasad V Potluri. Prince is seen romancing actress Pooja Hegde in the film Maharshi, which is progressing at brisk pace.
It is known that Mahesh Babu has signed to do another movie with director Sukumar after 1: Nenokkadine. This will be his 26th movie and it will be produced by Mythri Movie Makers, which earlier worked with the actor in Srimanthudu. After wrapping up Maharshi, Prince is said to be taking up the shooting of Sukumar's project.
However, Mahesh Babu's 27th movie will go on floors in 2020. Geetha Arts is one of the top Tollywood production houses and it belongs to mega family, which boasts of huge fanbase. In addition, Prince's star power and the success of Arjun Reddy will create a lot of hype for this project.
