Mahesh Babu 23 movie shooting update: Rakul Preet wraps up Ahmedabad schedule for AR Murugadoss' film

Actress Rakul Preet Singh has revealed that she has completed the Ahmedabad shooting schedule for superstar Mahesh Babu's 23rd movie, which is directed by AR Murugadoss.

The principal photography of Mahesh Babu and AR Murugadoss' untitled movie was commenced in July 2016 and the film unit wrapped up two schedules in November. The team left for Gujarat to start the next schedule in the last week of November and Rakul Preet Singh joined Mahesh Babu for its filming. Reports suggest that the film unit has shot a chase sequence in Ahmedabad.

On November 29, Rakul Preet Singh tweeted a photo featuring her enjoying a meal with the team at a dhaba in Ahmedabad. The actress also wrote: "People who work d hardest. Relishing authentic Gujarati food #myteam #ahmedabad Thanku all of u :)"

Rakul Preet Singh took to her Twitter handle this morning to share updates on the shooting of Mahesh Babu's 23rd movie with her followers. She said she has wrapped Ahmedabad schedule and  will soon start the next schedule in Vizag. The actress wrote: "Wrapped first sched of #Mahesh23 in Ahmedabad .. Now Touchdown #vizag for another long sched . #travel #work #shoot life #louveeit."

Apart from Mahesh 23, Rakul Preet Singh is also working in Ram Charan's Dhruva, Sai Dharam Tej's Winner, Rajkummar Rao's Shimla Mirchi, Boyapati Srinu project and Kalyan Krishna's film. She has completed shooting for Shimla Mirchi. She wrapped up Dhruva and is waiting for its release. She tweeted on November 13: "Packupppp #dhruva ! Cyu soon in theatres #boom #ramcharan."

However, the makers are yet to finalise a title for Mahesh Babu and AR Murugadoss' film, as they are said to be looking for name with a Shiva connect. Haricharan Pudipeddi, a reporter from IANS, tweeted: "#Mahesh23 update. The title needs to have a Shiva connect, hence the delay in zeroing in on a suitable one. But expect a very massy title. "
