The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) announced the Class 10 or Secondary School Certificate (SSC) result 2016 at 1 p.m. on Monday, June 6.
Students can check their result on the Maharashtra Examination Results website or the official website of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education, Pune. They need to enter their roll number and mother's first name to access the mark sheet.
Students can also get the result through SMS if they use Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) network. Type mhssc and send it to 57766.
Maharashtra SSC result 2016 will also be available on the website of Jagran Josh, where students can register their roll number, email ID, mobile number and other details related to their Board examination to receive updates on the result through SMS or email.
As many as 17.3 lakh students from across the state appeared for the SSC examinations conducted in March this year, according to reports. At least 3.2 lakh students appeared from Mumbai division.
The Maharashtra Board conducted the Class 10 exams at nine Divisional Boards of Maharashtra State — Pune, Mumbai, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Nasik, Amravati, Nagpur, Latur and Ratnagiri.
