Mafia 3, the action-adventure video game from developer Hangar 13, received patch 1.03 for PS4 on October 17.
The new patch weighs 137.9MB and brings fixes and improvements to Mafia 3.
Reddit users have detailed that the patch brings graphical improvements, with features like car headlights, water effects and lighting getting a better look after the update. The patch has also fixed reflection issues with vehicles.
Reddit user killer9mm points out that input lag in the game makes it unplayable, and that this is clearly noticeable while moving the camera. Some users on Reddit have called the game a glitch fest after the new update.
A few players have also noticed missing elements in some missions. Reports have billed the patch as a cosmetic change to the game.
Hangar 12 has assured that they will share more information on a similar update to Xbox One. "We're working on updates for all platforms right now. We hope to share more soon to improve your experience in New Bordeaux," the company said.
Mafia 3 was released on October 7 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
