After launching LYF Water and Earth series smartphones, Reliance Retail is preparing to release the budget Flame series handsets in India.
The company has listed the Flame 1 smartphone on the official Reliance Digital e-commerce site, revealing the price and specification details of the device.
Flame 1 is said to sport a 4.5-inch FWVGA display and run the Android 5.1 Lollipop OS backed by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 210 quad-core CPU with 1GB RAM, 8GB inbuilt memory and a 2,000mAh battery which keeps the phone running for close to 200 hours in standby mode.
It also features 5MP snappers on both front and back. Other stipulated features include dual-SIM slots, VoLTE (Voice-over-LTE), Bluetooth v4.0, W-Fi, USB v2.0, GPS and FM radio.
As of now, there is no word on when Flame 1 will be made available to the public just yet. Stay tuned for more updates.
Competition:
Once released, LYF Flame 1 will be pitted against the popular Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime, Moto E (2nd Gen) and Coolpad Note 3 Lite, among others.
