Huma Qureshi has given an update on her role in the upcoming movie, Kaala Karikaalan starring Rajinikanth. The actress, whose Dobaara: See Your Evil was released on Friday, 2 June, will be seen in the role by name Zareena in the bilingual flick.
The actress has posted a picture of the script that she has been given by the director and wrote, "Prep Mode on #Kaala .. Slowly becoming #Zareena #workinghard Blessed [sic]" The actress is pairing up with the superstar for the first time and Kaala marks her debut in South films.
The shooting of Kaala is currently happening in Mumbai. The filming is held in Andheri and Rajinikanth was spotted with a black kurta and pyjama on Thursday, June 1.
The current schedule will conlcude in the next few days. The makers have planned to shoot the movie in Kala Ghoda, Marine Lines, Wadala and Dharavi.

Rajinikanth plays the title role and enacts the character of a man who goes absconding from his native Tirunelveli to reach Mumbai. He lives in the slum of Dharavi and turns into a powerful gangster in the maximum city.
Samuthirakani, Nana Patekar, Anjali Patil, Sakshi Aggarwal, Sayaji Shinde and many others are in the movie. The movie is written and being directed by Pa Ranjith. While Santhosh Narayanan is rendering the music, Murali G is handling the camera. A Sreekar Prasad is editing the flick.
The movie, which is produced by Rajinikanth's son-in-law and actor, Dhanush on WunderBar Films, began shooting on May 28.
