Shaunie O'Neal, the former wife of former NBA player Shaquille O'Neal and the executive producer of VH1's "Basketball Wives" and "Basketball Wives LA", is celebrating her 41st birthday on Friday, 27 November. A mother of five, Shaunie is a boss who seems to be a neutral observer in many scenes of "BBW", but when she does speak up, everyone knows who the boss is.
In Season 4 of "Basketball Wives LA", we saw Brandi Maxiell, one of the cast members accusing Shaunie of judging the rest of them, and although she went after her boss with accusations and slurs, she did seem terrified of what she had done.
However, there was no turning back from calling Shaunie a "b**ch", and in the classiest, bossiest move ever, the mentor said, "Thank you, for your service" to a gob-smacked Brandi. This is just one of the many power moves she pulled during the course of her shows and if you want a taste of more of it, go to vh1 website.
Shaunie, whose networth as of 2015 is about $40 million, reportedly received a huge settlement money from her ex-husband, Shaquille. But contrary to popular belief, she does not rely on that money too much; in fact most of her income is generated from the "Basketball Wives" series.
She is dating young actor Marlon Yates, who is significantly younger than her. However, rumours are abuzz that he has been cheating on her with "BBW LA" star Draya Michelle. The truth of the story will only be uncovered in Season 5 of "Basketball Wives LA" and we can barely wait for all the drama.
Whether or not the boy-toys in her life stick around, she will hopefully always have her kids Me'arah O'Neal, Myles Nelson, Shaqir O'Neal, SHareef O'Neal and Amirah O'Neal by her side at all times.
