Alvarez vs McGregor round 1: Conor McGregor is unreal. He landed three hard left hands on Alvarez and in all three occasions, the champion fell to the ground. Pretty sure somebody is going to win this fight via a knockout . The entire stadium is with the Irishman.

11:40 am IST: OH DAAANGG! We all need to take a deep breath now. What an unreal match that was. Thankfully, we're not done yet. The headliner of UFC 205 -- Eddie Alvarez vs Conor McGregor -- is just starting in a bit.

Woodley vs Thompson championship round 2: The fourth round of the fight has already gone down in history, so we remained calm before the ultimate round of fight between the two. And, it hasn't disappointed. Fight of the night for me, already! This fight will go down as one of the greatest MMA moments at the MSG.

Woodley vs Thompson championship round 1: HOLY MOTHER OF GOD! Unbelievable attack on Thompson by Woodley but unreal survival instincts by Stephen Thompson. ABSOLUTELY UNREAL. KNOCKOUT BLOWS, INCESSANT GROUND AND POUND, A TIGHT GUILLOTINE CHOKE FOR AT LEAST A MINUTE AND THOMPSON SURVIVES.

Woodley vs Thompson round 3: Woodley seems like he is slowing down while Thompson is just starting to get the momentum. The seasoned kickboxer is getting to throw his combos really well now. This is getting as interesting as anything! Woodley did come back with one of his viscious kicks but well, the challenger has got the edge from the round.

Round winner: Thompson

Woodley vs Thompson round 2: Thompson has the height advantage but even that isn't helping him when involved in a clinch with the champion. He has a more free role this time in the round as he used some of his effective striking acumen but interestingly, Woodley ain't initimidated.

Round winner: Close call

Woodley vs Thompson round 1: Very concentrated and focused and calculated, the two fighters didn't close the distance for at least two minues from the start. But once Thompson attempted a roundhouse kick, Woodley took him down, taking the mount position and use his prolific grappling abilities for getting the perfect position for ground and pound. Thompson is already busted open.

Round winner: Woodley

The challenger Stephen Thompson is an undefeated pro kickboxer with a 57-0 record. Can he kick his way to glory and pick up the title from Woodley, an accomplished grappler?

10:45 am IST: UP NEXT IS ANOTHER HUGE CHAMPIONSHIP FIGHT BETWEEN TWO MASSIVE FIGHTERS -- TYRON WOODLEY (C) AND STEPHEN THOMPSON.

RESULT: JOANNA Jędrzejczyk (c) DEF Karolina Kowalkiewicz  (UNANIMOUS DECISION)

Joanna vs Karolina championship round 2: This has gone the distance. Great display by the fighters at the MSG. Joanna has tried to make a comeback wit her combos but Karolina is just not backing down. The champion has received a massive swelling over her right eye and one is completely surprised by Karolina's tenacity. No knockouts, no submissions. If this was a street fight, this surely would have continued for more. But this is sports. Brilliant display by both and a huge hug and respect from either side.

Joanna vs Karolina championship round 1: When it comes to strawweights and flyweights, expect nothing but speed and endurance from the fighters. We are witnessing just that. Joanna is throwing her beautiful combos just the way she did in her first round. 

Oh and as I write, Joanna gets tagged by Karolina! One huge punch turning out to be a potential game-changer. A powerful right cross that lands on the champion's nose. What can Karolina bring over here now? A surprise? Joanna has slowed down. Surprise, surprise!

Joanna vs Karolina third round: Joanna is just too classy a fighter to back down. Karolina is trying her best to go neck to neck with the champion in terms of exchanges but is falling short. Nevertheless, both the female stars are giving a good show inside the octagon. Joanna's powerful combination is doing all the talking here.

Joanna vs Karolina second round: A better show by Karolina, as compared to the previous round. She has thrown her puches and connected with some of her kicks and attempted takedowns as well. But the champion is just too well-rounded and consistent to take a back seat so quickly in the fight.

Joanna vs Karolina first round: The challenger has been switching stances from the start but the champion's height advantage shows when she throws some beautiful inside leg kicks. Joanna's combinations are also impressive. The champion is giving everything she has and Karolina is completely on the back seat. Karolina, two years older to Joanna, got to throw some of her punches during the clinch, but that's all.

Round winner: Joanna

Joanna is referred to as the Ronda Rousey of the women's strawweight division. What can she bring over here? Both Joanna and Karolina are undefeated inside the UFC octagon.

Weidman vs Romero final round: THAT'S THE END OF IT! CHRIS WEIDMAN IS LEFT IN A BLOODY MESS BY YOEL ROMERO. THE 'SOLDIER OF GOD' HAS TRIUMPHED WITH AN EXPLOSIVE KNEE AND A VICIOUS GROUND AND POUND FOLLOWING THAT. JUST SECONDS WITH THE START OF THE ROUND!

Weidman vs Romero second round: Romero getting momentum now. The wrestler is looking for what he does the best -- ground game. Romero complained of an eye gouge by Weidman during one of the moments in the round and it looked like that was a legit call by the Cuban. Weidman is pulling all plugs to prevent the fight from going to the ground. The New Yorker has already been on the end of a couple of takedowns from Romero.

Weidman vs Romero first round: No real shots landed on the fighters for the first two minutes or so. However, Weidman has continued being active and was successful in a couple of takedown attempts. Romero has remained patient and played the waiting game. He did attempt a superman punch but Weidman gets the round here for some of his effective shin kicks.

But, Pennington is calculated in her moves and tried to attack her opponent with a flurry of ground and pound elbows. She attempted the guillotine again on Tate but the 30-year-old Tate is really good with her defensive game. The 28-year-old has tried getting on in the clinch and be on the mount position. Pennington surely has made a mark!
