South Korean electronics major LG is reportedly planning to release the dual-SIM variant of the Optimus L7 smartphone which was released way back in May last year.
Russian blog Hi-Tech Mail.Ru reported that the Optimus L7 successor comes with an active dual-SIM capability and the smartphone features a 'Hot Key' button to swap between the two SIMs.
The rumoured dual-SIM Optimus L7 II Dual smartphone will run on the latest Android v4.1 Jelly Bean mobile OS unlike its single-SIM predecessor which runs on the Android v4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

The new Optimus L7 variant doesn't just get an extra SIM slot, it's CPU power is doubled with a faster dual-core processor and the main camera is upgraded a notch with 8.0-megapixel, its predecessor has a 5.0-megapixel main camera.
The Russian website also revealed the leaked picture of the dual SIM Optimus L7 smartphone. The new handset looks sleek and more rounded at the edges compared to its predecessor's compact rectangular exterior.
The Speculated LG Optimus L7 II Dual is initially slated to hit Russian market in the second half of February and later in other European markets.
