Specifications and images of LG's much anticipated flagship phablet, Optimus G2, have been leaked online, six weeks before the company's international media event in New York City is set to kick-off.

An unnamed tipster of Technology website TechTastic has revealed that LG Optimus G2 (LG-D800) will sport a 5.0-inch plus full HD display and run on Android v4.2.2 Jelly Bean powered by a Snapdragon 800 series processor having four krait-400 cores with 2.3GHz. The chipset will also pack Adreno 330 graphics engine with 2GB RAM and a 13.0-megapixel camera on the rear side.

The snapshots of LG Optimus G2 show a screen with no physical keys on the front. TechTastic claimed that LG in a bid to give an impressive edge-to-edge 1080p display and thin bezel has reportedly placed buttons on the back side.

The website has also claimed that Optimus G2 will not be the lone debutante at the company event in London on 7 August. LG Optimus L9-2 (LG-D600) and another unnamed device codenamed LG-D500 would also take centrestage at the upcoming event.

LG Optimus L9-2(LG-D600) is expected to feature a 4.7-inch 720p HD display powered by a Snapdragon 400 series chipset and run on Android v4.1.2 Jelly Bean OS. Other specifications include an 8.0-megapixel main camera on the back side and NFC (Near Field Communication) capabilities.

On the other hand, LG-D500 is reported to be budget device having qHD 540x960p display and ship with 1.2GHz Qualcomm 200 series processor run by Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean OS and Adreno 302 graphics engine.

Other add-ons include a 5.0-megapixel camera and connectivity features such as Bluetooth v4.0 and NFC.
