LG G Flex 2 with Snapdragon 810 Octa-core SoC Released in India; Price, Specifications

It's been more than a month since LG announced the price of G Flex 2, and the device has finally been made available in India.

LG G Flex 2 sports a 5.5-inch full HD curved P-OLED display and runs on the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop OS powered by the 64-bit class Snapdragon 810 Octa-core SoC (System on Chip) backed by 2GB DDR4 RAM, 16GB inbuilt memory and a 3000 mAh battery.

Like its predecessor, LG G Flex 2 too boasts of self-healing cover on the rear-side and one improvement is that the phone can recover scratches within 10 seconds under normal room temperature. The 2013 model used to take around 3 minutes to recover.

The new LG smartphone too houses advanced 13.0-megapixel main camera with laser based auto-focus technology seen in the company flagship G3.

In the front, it houses 2.1-megapixel snapper with gesture-shot feature where-in the user can use hand gesture to take a selfie from 1.5 meters away from the phone.

LG G Flex 2 Availability details:

The company has reportedly confirmed that LG G Flex 2 has been made available across India in both brick-and-mortar stores and e-commerce sites like Flipkart (HERE) for ₹54,990.

Competition:

LG G Flex 2 will be up against top-tier brands like Samsung Galaxy S6 (& S6 Edge), HTC One M9+ and Apple iPhone 6 (& 6 Plus).
