Chinese consumer electronics major Lenovo on Wednesday officially announced that the ZUK Z1 will make its debut in India later this month.
After teasing it for weeks, Lenovo (via Twitter) has finally confirmed that it will release ZUK Z1 at 2:00 p.m. on May 10. For the uninitiated, the ZUK Z1 was originally unveiled in China way back in August 2015. Though it is more than eight months old, Z1 is a very compelling device as it comes with premium features and yet costs very low.
In China, it is priced ¥1700 (around $276/€250/₹17,860). Rumour has it that Lenovo, in its bid to attract buyers, might sell ZUK Z1 for around Rs 15,000 in India.
Lenovo's ZUK Z1 flaunts a premium metal-frame around its edges and on the front, it sports a 5.5-inch full HD display with an 8MP snapper on top right corner.
Under the hood, it comes packed with Snapdragon 801 SoC (System-on-Chip), Cyanogen OS, 3GB RAM, fingerprint sensor, premium metal-frame around the edges and a massive 4,100mAh battery, which can keep the phone running for up to 21 days under standby mode.
