In tune with Lenovo's announcement last week, the new Vibe X2 has been released today (10 November) in India.
Lenovo Vibe X2 is now available at popular e-commerce site Flipkart for ₹19,999. As an introductory offer, Flipkart is giving away discounts on charging-case, e-Books and more.
Freebies include -- 95% off on official Lenovo charging-case, 35% off on shopping on Myntra via the Myntra Android App and free preselected Flipkart ebooks worth ₹1200.
HDFC/ICICI credit card holders will also stand to get a cash-back, if they buy Vibe X2 via six months EMI (Easy Monthly Installment) scheme.
Lenovo Vibe X2 was originally unveiled in early September this year, during internationally acclaimed IFA (Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin) 2014, Germany.
It flaunts a 5.0-inch full HD wide-angle display and runs on the Android 4.4 KitKat OS powered by the 2.0GHz MediaTek Tru Octa-core CPU, sumptuous 2GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt memory.
Other stipulated features include a 13.0-megapixel main camera, 5.0-megapixel camera on the front and a 2300 mAh battery, which can power the phone for close to 9.5 days under standby mode, once fully charged.

With such a competitive sub-₹20,000 price-tag, it is certain to pose a threat to tier-1 brands like Samsung Galaxy S5, Galaxy Alpha, Nokia Lumia 930, HTC One M8, Sony Xperia Z2 (& Z3), Apple iPhone 6 (4.7-inch model) and its sister company's Motorola Moto X (Gen 2.0).
