Lenovo's recent smartphones are getting a lot of attention from consumers, especially from the budget-conscious lot. The company's ZUK Z1 has completed six flash sales in India so far and the demand for the handset continues. Lenovo's ultra-affordable Vibe K5 is poised to set similar benchmarks as it has completed its second flash sale and ready for the third one next week.
Lenovo Vibe K5, which is priced at Rs. 6,999, was available between 2 pm and 3 pm on Amazon India, but the stock did not last that long. During today's sale, the Vibe K5 was available with a special Gold VR Bundle offer at Rs. 7,698, which adds an AntVR headset on purchasing the gold colour K5. The Vibe K5 was also available in grey and silver.
Those who missed the Vibe K5 flash sale on Wednesday will get another chance to purchase the handset next Wednesday in another flash sale. Like the previous two sales, the third flash sale will be held exclusively on Amazon India and it is mandatory for interested buyers to register for the sale well in advance.
Lenovo Vibe K5 is one of the worthiest budget smartphones at Rs. 6,999.
The budget smartphone competes against some of the popular choices such as Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime, Meizu m3, Coolpad Note 3 Lite, Swipe Elite Plus, Micromax Canvas Fire 5, Panasonic P75 and others. The A6000-successor brings several upgrades onboard and makes complete sense for users to upgrade to the handset.
Lenovo launched the Vibe K5 in India on June 13 and the first sale for the handset was held on June 22. As the second flash sale ended on June 29, the company is preparing for the next sale on July 6. There is no indication of when the handset will be made available in open sales, until then this is the only way to purchase the Vibe K5 in India.
