Buoyed by the sales of K4 Note series in India, Lenovo has launched a special Vibe K4 Note Wood edition.
As the name suggests, the new K4 Note boasts a wood-based back panel. The company has not mentioned the type of the wood, but it does look like teak. Except the change in the cover, the rest of the internal hardware remains the same as in the original model.
It comes with 5.5-inch full HD (1920x1080p) IPS display and runs on the Android 5.1 Lollipop OS powered by 64-bit class MediaTek Octa-core processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB inbuilt memory, 13MP camera, a 5MP front camera and a 3300 mAh battery, which can keep the phone running for 292 hours under standby mode.
The new Vibe K4 Note Wood costs Rs.11, 499, Rs. 500 more than original model. Both the models are available exclusively on Amazon India (HERE).
So far, Lenovo has sold more than 750,000 Vibe K4 Note units in India. This is an impressive feat considering the fact that it competes in a fiercely contested mid-range segment dominated by Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, LeEco Le 2 and its sub-brand Motorola Moto G4 series.
