After weeks of leaked images and speculations, Chinese technology giant Lenovo on Friday officially unveiled the flagship smartphone Lenovo S920 on its website.
Lenovo's new smartphone sports a big screen with 5.3-inch 720p HD display and runs on the Androids latest mobile OS version 4.2 Jelly Bean. S920 comes packed with a standard quad-core processor like any other high-end smartphone in the market.
Lenovo's S920 smartphone is ex[ected to be available for pre-orders on 1 April and shipments is expected to begin on 8 April in Chinese markets initially. As of now, there are no reports of when the S920 would make its India debut.
With the price tag expected to be below ₹20,000, there are chances that Lenovo S920 might get launched in select South Asian markets, including India.
If the smartphone does reach the Indian shores, it will be competing against smartphone leader Samsung's low-cost phablet Galaxy Grand, Indian made Micromax Canvas HD A116, Xolo Q800 and Karbonn Titanium S5.
