Lenovo K4 Note's first flash sale concluded remarkably in India. The Chinese smartphone-maker revealed it sold 10,000 K4 Note VR bundles in less than a second on Amazon India on Tuesday, and that it is bringing 50,000 units of the affordable smartphone for the next sale on 20 January.
Lenovo K4 Note VR bundle consists of the K4 Note smartphone and AntVR virtual reality headset for Rs 12,499, which went on sale Tuesday. Registrations for the bundle closed 10 days prior to the sale after more than 2 lakh customers signed up on Amazon India.
"We are overwhelmed by your response. 10,000 K4 Note VR bundles sold in just 0.9 seconds. Thank you for all the love. Also, we have 50,000 K4 Notes up for grabs tomorrow at 2 PM only on Amazon India (sic)," the company said in a Facebook post on Tuesday.
The upcoming sale for Lenovo K4 Note does not include the AntVR headset, which is sold separate for Rs 1,299. Registrations for the K4 Note VR Bundle are valid for Wednesday's flash sale, which is solely for the Rs 11,998-worth K4 Note smartphone.
