The Lenovo K3 Note is touted as the best mid-range smartphone available in Indian market, beating likes of Lenovo A7000, Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G, Moto G 2nd generation, Micromax Yu Yureka, Microsoft Lumia 540 and several others in terms of specifications. However, Elephone P8000 which is scheduled for release on 20 July is very likely to steal the limelight when launched.
Lenovo has confirmed that about 47,440 units of K3 Note were sold in just 5.2 seconds in its first flash sale on 8 July. Priced at ₹9,999, it scores over all under ₹10,000 smartphones currently available in the market.
However, there are possibilities of Elephone P8000 dethroning the Lenovo K3 Note. The new device from Elephone may belong to a different price bracket, as it is expected to come with a price tag of ₹12,999 ($210 in the US) but prospective buyers could be willing to pay a few thousand more for a device with better features.
