Lenovo A7000 Flipkart Flash Sale 3.0 to Start on 29 April

Lenovo is all set for another round of the A7000 flash sale on Wednesday.

The company's e-commerce affiliate, Flipkart has confirmed that the third edition of Lenovo A7000 sale will be held on 29 April 2:00 pm. There is no word on the number of units that will be up for grabs.

It has become a fad among smartphone vendors to boast that their products got sold out in record time, forgetting that if consumers get annoyed for failing to get the phone, they will go and find alternative brands. Especially in India's budget segment, there are lot of options to choose from and it is therefore imperative that Lenovo has enough stocks of A7000 units to take care of the huge demand. 

Earlier, on 28 April, Lenovo had kept 1lakh units for sale; it is expected that the company would earmark a similar quantity for the A7000 sale. 

The Lenovo A7000 sports a 5.5-inch HD IPS screen and runs on the Android 5.0 Lollipop OS backed by 64-bit class Mediatek Octa-core SoC (System on Chip), 2GB RAM, 8GB inbuilt memory and 2900 mAh battery, which can run the phone for close to 12 days under standby mode

Other noteworthy features include Dolby Atmos audio system, 8.0-megapixel camera on the rear-side, 5mp snapper on the front and 4G-LTE connectivity support (150 mbps download/50 mbps upload speed).
