PC maker Lenovo has expanded its A-series tablet portfolio in the country with the launch of its A7-30 voice-calling tablet. The tablet has been priced at ₹9,979.
The tablet is available for pre-order on the company's official website, The Do Store. The A7-30 tablet sports 7-inch touchscreen display with 1024x600 pixel resolution and is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek (MT8382) processor paired with 1GB of RAM. It packs 8GB of internal storage, which is further expandable by upto 32GB with microSD card and is shipped with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box.

The new tablet comes equipped with 2-megapixel fixed focus rear camera and 0.3-megapixel fixed focus front-facing camera. On the connectivity front, the Lenovo A7-30 supports WiFi , Micro-USB, GPS/ A-GPS, GPRS/ EDGE, and Bluetooth 4.0 and comes loaded with non-removable 3500mAh Li-Po battery, which claims to deliver up to 8 hours of usage time and up to two weeks of standby time.
The Lenovo A7-30 tablet will join the company's recently launched A7-50 tablet in India, which features a 7.0-inch HD (1280x720p) display, a MediaTek based quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz, 1GB RAM and 16GB internal memory (expandable up to 32GB).
The tablet is backed by 3,450 mAh Lithium-Polymer battery, which can give upto to 8 hours of talktime and close to two weeks under standby mode. On the software front, the tablet uses Android v4.2 Jelly Bean OS out-of-the box Os platform.
Other features of the A7-50 tablet include, 5.0-megapixel primary camera, 2.0-megapixel camera and connectivity features including SIM slot, 3G network support, Bluetooth v4.0, Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n), GPRS/EDGE and A-GPS.
