Chinese consumer electronics major, Lenovo is all set for flash sale of its A6000 smartphone on Wednesday, 25 February.
The company's official e-commerce partner Flipkart has confirmed to host the fifth edition of the Lenovo A6000 flash sale on Wednesday starting at 2:00 pm afternoon.
Despite getting panned for offering meager five figure unit stocks during previous flash sales, the company (via Twitter) has announced that only 25,000 Lenovo A6000 units will be up for grabs on Flipkart tomorrow.
Lenovo can take a leaf out of its Chinese peer Xiaomi's selling strategy model on how to scale up the inventory to meet the demand before it's too late.
Indian market is touted as the world's fastest and third biggest smartphone market in terms of sales volume. It is very dynamic and houses close to 300 handset vendors vying from market-share, so it is very imperative for Lenovo to make amends by stream lining A6000 production or else buyers may find other alternatives.
