LeEco Le Pro 3, which was unveiled last week, is now available for purchase in China. It is reported that the device is selling like hot cakes in its home country with lakhs of units being sold out in seconds.
The Chinese smartphone maker sold 500,000 units of LeEco Le Pro 3 in just 15 seconds, according to XiaomiToday. It went on to say that the device received a whopping 3.57 million pre-orders in just 24 hours when it was put up for registration a couple of days ago.
LeEco Le Pro 3 went on sale on Wednesday via flash sale.
The device comes in two variants – one with a 4G RAM and 32GB storage with a price tag of 1,799 Yuan (around Rs 18,100), and the other model with a 6GB RAM and 64GB ROM priced at 1,999 Yuan (around Rs 20,100).
LeEco Le Pro 3 features a fingerprint scanner on the back and metal body with brushed aluminium finish. It sports a 5.5-inch Full HD display with 2.5D curved glass and 1,080x1920 pixels (403 ppi pixel density), powered by a Qualcomm 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 821 processor, and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
It mounts a 16MP main camera with f/2.0 aperture, phase detection autofocus, dual-LED (dual tone) flash, 1/2.8" sensor size and 1.12 µm pixel size, and an 8MP front-snapper with f/2.2 aperture and 1.4 µm pixel size. It also houses a 4,070mAh battery and available in four colours -- rose gold, gold, silver and gray.
In terms of connectivity, LeEco Le Pro 3 supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, WiFi Direct, hotspot, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C 1.0, dual SIM, and 4G LTE.
