Leather-Clad LG G4 with F1.8 Camera, Laser Auto-Focus Officially Launched in India; Price, Specifications

South Korean consumer electronics major LG officially launched its flagship smartphone G4 in India on on Friday, 19 June.

LG G4 was originally unveiled in late April and now it has finally set foot in the sub-continent for ₹51,000. The USP of LG G4 is its feature-rich 16mp camera on the rear-side. It boasts wide-angle F1.8 aperture lens that allows 80% more light to reach the sensor. To enhance the photography experience under low-condition, the company has incorporated OIS 2.0, which doubles the performance of the improved OIS+ by expanding the range of image stabilisation from one degree to two degrees on the X and Y axes and adding a third axis, making LG G4, industry's top-notch camera phone. It also houses 8mp snapper on the front.

And like its predecessor, it also boasts laser-auto focus feature. This unique feature measures the distance between the subject and the camera using a laser beam, enabling quick capture of good quality photos even under low-light conditions.

Besides the amazing camera, another notable feature is its ergonomic design principle. It boasts Slim-Arc design language, which runs along its entire body, highlighted by the display with a subtle curvature. The phone will also be made available in handcrafted, genuine full grain leather in six colours.

Other stipulated features include 5.5-inch QHD screen with Quantum Display technology, Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 series CPU, 3GB RAM, 32GB inbuilt memory (expandable) and a 3,000mAh battery.
