While Manoj Bajpayee's "Traffic" released on May 6, the teaser of another of the actor's movies was leaked online. The teaser of the Neeraj Pandey directorial "Saat Uchakkey," which was supposed to hit the screens in 2014, has been doing the rounds on social media
"Saat Uchakkey" was supposed to be released two years ago, but never saw the light of the day. The teaser of the film was rejected by the censor board but a version of it has now surfaced online.
The film featured actors like Manoj Bajpayee, Anupam Kher and Vijay Raaz. The short teaser is full of cuss words, suggesting that this may have been why the censor board had rejected it.
Director Neeraj Pandey had earlier said he was waiting for the right time to release the film. "We are not getting a good window for that film. We are looking for a good day. We are waiting for the right opportunity as it's better to be safe than sorry," Deccan Chronicle quoted the film-maker as saying. Meanwhile, "Traffic" has received positive response from critics. Directed by the late Rajesh Pillai, the film is based on a real-life story and highlights the triumph of human spirit during crisis. The story shows how a traffic constable overcomes all the odds to transport a heart from Mumbai to Pune in order to save the life of a 13-year-old girl. "Traffic" features Manoj Bajpayee, Prosenjit Chatterjee, Divya Dutta, Jimmy Shergill and Sachin Khedekar, among others.
