Home-grown tech firm Lava's yet another budget smartphone Iris 408e made its online debut in India with a price tag of ₹3,829.
The dual-SIM smartphone is now available for purchase with e-retailer Saholic. However, the company is yet to officially launch the smartphone in the domestic market.
The new Iris 408e smartphone comes with 4-inch TFT LCD capacitive touchscreen with 480 x 800 pixel resolution and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS. Inside, the handset packs 1 GHZ single core processor and comes with 256 MB RAM.
It houses a 1500 mAh Li-Po battery, which claims 5 hours of talk time and 8 days of standby time and 512MB internal storage with expandable option by upto 32 GB with microSD card. Lava Iris 408e supports connectivity features like Bluetooth and GPRS and comes equipped with 3 megapixel rear camera and a VGA front-facing camera.
Lava's Iris 404e smartphone was also spotted at the online store Flipkart. The device is listed with the features like 4-inch Capacitive Touchscreen, Android v4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS, 1.2 GHz Dual Core Processor, Dual SIM (GSM + GSM) support, 256MB of RAM, 1GB on-board storage and 1400 mAh battery. It is available for ₹4899.
